Ballarat Water Treatment Plants

United Water, a wholly owned subsidiary of Veolia Water, operates and maintains two 65 million litres per day water treatment plants (White Swan and Lal Lal), a pumping station and raw water pumping facilities.

These provide water to the city of Ballarat and surrounding townships, servicing 100,000 people on behalf of Central Highlands Water.

Veolia Water's presence in the area, through existing client relationships with both Coliban Water and Central Highlands Water and operations of the Goldfields Superpipe and eight water and wastewater treatment plants in Ballarat, Kyneton, Castlemaine and Bendigo, demonstrates significant local knowledge and experience.
