In 2009, Veolia Water employees in Australia and New Zealand completed more than 4530 hours of training.

Veolia Water encourages individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge through learning via internal and external sources. The company uses competency assessment to identify training needs and relates these to the actual competencies required on the job.
