Training, learning and development

In 2012, Veolia Water employees in Australia and New Zealand each completed on average over five days of training.

Veolia Water is committed to developing our employees and encourages them to enhance their skills and knowledge through self-managed learning and development. The company encourages learning through V-Learning (an e-learning portal) providing a suite of both compliance and developmental programs, as well as providing on the job learning and encouraging staff to attend facilitated development programs run internally and externally.
